PLEASE NOTE:

1) If your reservation is completed more than 2 weeks in advance of the expected date of arrival, a deposit fee of $25 (which is non-refundable) is charged upon reservation. It will be applied to the balance due if full payment is completed at least 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival. You will receive an email reminder to complete full payment 10-14 days before arrival. If full payment is not completed at least 7 days before arrival, your reservation will be cancelled.
2) If your reservation is being made 2 weeks or less prior to the expected date of arrival, the full amount will be charged at the time of reservation. This is non-refundable.
3) Suites are for 1-2 people. Requests to add additional people to a suite must be approved in advance. There will be an additional $40 per person per night fee.
4) Our payment processor, Stripe, accepts American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover, Diners Club, eftpos Australia, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard, and Visa.
